I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The ocean view suite was incredible with lovely little extras, but the valet parking fee of $33.00 per day was a bit steep. The service was excellent overall, with some minor hiccups. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cannery Row. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch.

After a long trip to Big Sur, the hotel at other people's windows turned out to be quite spacious, meeting my expectations. Although the room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered to call us when it was ready, giving us time for a relaxing walk. The service welcomed us back warmly and accommodated our needs, but there were minor inconveniences with parking regulations.
